Calvin L. Miller, M.D.

Dr. Miller joined the Johnson City Eye Clinic in 2010 following 34 years of practicing Comprehensive Ophthalmology in southwest Virginia. Dr. Miller began his career in Wise, Virginia in General Medicine. Following an Internship at Norfolk General Hospital and Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Kentucky where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Miller founded Eye Physicians of SW Virginia in Abingdon in the early 1980’s. Dr. Miller’s practice centers on office-based comprehensive ophthalmology in Johnson City Eye Clinic’s Bristol location. Dr. Miller is a lifetime member of the American Board of Ophthalmology, an American Academy of Ophthalmology Diplomat, and member of the Mennonite Medical Association and Migrant Clinicians Network.
